Darren Nakos

Darren Nakos, CCIM

Since 2003, Darren has been solely focused on syndicated commercial real estate investments, multi-family development, and commercial real estate brokerage. As a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Darren’s approach to real estate is both highly quantitative and qualitative in his analysis and selection of opportunities. As a serial entrepreneur, Darren creates value from the ground up with companies such as Recentric Realty Capital, and Rocky Mountain Commercial Brokers. Prior to 2003, Darren was the driving force behind the internet start-up, Winebid.com which was successfully sold in 2002.

Carl Luppens

Director of Development

Carl has extensive experience in commercial real estate. He has developed over 3.6 million square feet of office space, over 535 acres of land, built 18 office buildings, 3 apartment complexes and has 5 ground-up developments to his credit. He has a law degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder and is the founder and chair person of the University of Colorado Real Estate Council.

Eric Rehm

Eric is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Recentric’s medical office portfolio, including working on portfolio contracts and insurance, managing CapEx projects and tenant improvements, negotiating lease terms, evaluating acquisitions, budgeting, and leading the Recentric operations team. His unique problem-solving skills and hands-on approach ensure that Recentric consistently delivers exceptional value to its clients.

In between international trips centered around scuba diving, sampling local cuisine and wine, Eric, his wife Danielle, and baby girl Harper can be found enjoying Colorado’s backcountry—hiking, biking, and snowboarding as each season allows.

Amy Nakos, JD

General Counsel

Amy serves as Recentric’s General Counsel providing advice on matters relating to real estate, contracts, landlord/tenant relationships, compliance and risk reduction. She received her law degree from the University of Iowa in 1997 and currently holds an active license in Colorado. Amy has over twelve years of experience in real estate law and also holds a Colorado real estate broker license. Amy previously worked as a commercial litigation attorney in Chicago where she litigated cases ranging from $20,000 to over $30 billion.

Salima Dadani

Salima holds an MBA from University of Phoenix and a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Los Angeles and has over 20+ years of experience in finance, operations, and management. Having held executive roles in a variety of industries, Salima has joined Recentric to assist in developing financial models, implement accounting systems, and provide technical reporting to meet the needs of company stakeholders.

Sonya Dalrymple

Sonya manages our marketing efforts, website, newsletter and social media and coordinates our Recentric Investor Series Webinars and Events. She helps us develop long-term relationships with our investors. She holds an MA from the University of Rochester, NY and lives in Breckenridge, CO enjoying everything outdoors.

David Norton

David works as the “boots on the ground”, handling the multitude of issues and concerns that come with commercial properties. David keeps the buildings and grounds maintained and helps cultivate positive relationships with tenants. David has 15+ years working on various properties, and uses his experience to find effective and economical solutions to problems. When he is not working, David can be found cooking a great meal, or in the mountains, catching sunrises on peaks and lounging around alpine lakes.

Jennifer Luberto

Prior to moving to Summit County and joining the Recentric team, Jennifer thrived in industries in New York and New Jersey ranging from automotive to private equity. She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree from Fordham University in Business Administration and Economics. She left the “tri-state area” to find a successful career in an active environment that only Summit County could offer.

Jennifer has been a Summit County resident for over 6 years and has worked in residential property management and real estate. During the Covid lockdowns, she decided to obtain her Colorado real estate license and is a licensed real estate broker. In her spare time, Jennifer loves spending time with friends and family, mountain biking, snowboarding, hiking, skinning and exploring!

Tyler Shields

Tyler Shields is the Acquisitions and Dispositions Associate at Recentric, where he also contributes to property management, leasing, and sales. A recent Magna Cum Laude graduate from Colorado Mesa University, Tyler holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. He also earned his real estate certification with high honors from the university.

Tyler’s passions extend beyond his professional pursuits. He is an avid sports enthusiast, both as a spectator and a player, and cherishes quality time with family and friends. An avid outdoorsman, Tyler loves spending time in nature and enjoys every opportunity to hit the golf course. Tyler embodies the Colorado spirit of hard work and determination, positioning himself as a promising future leader in the business world.
